This brand and model Hot Water Heater requires 16" inches of clearance from the top of the water heater to combustible material. This one has 6" inches and is a potential fire hazard!

This roof rafter is not the proper width so the builder added 2" inches of wood to the bottom. This is strictly prohibited and unprofessional.

The insulation installed in this photo is backwards. Vapor barriers must be installed toward the living space!

This pool has not even been used yet! We caught the pool company in the process of patching it. If this was patched it may hold up long enough for the warranty to expire.

This countertop in the kitchen is damaged. This was found at the final walk through. The builder's forman said that must of just happened today.....right!
